The plan for today (subject to revision lol)
Two eggs with 3 slices of bacon
Cheesy Crust Faux Pizza with salami
Mixed green salad with arugula
Leftover fauxtatoes with piece of Denver Steak
Pan fried cabbage OR LC coleslaw (if I get it made today)
And if I get a hankering for something sweet...a small portion of LC dessert...my version of the LC Banana Split Dessert...just the crust, filling with no fruit other than a splash of LC strawberry sauce...
Mine is subject to revision as well. I keep changing it by the end of the night. So the plan is:
B - 2 fried eggs with 2 strips of bacon 32 oz of water with ACV, 16 oz coffee with almond milk and sweet and low
S - 100 calorie almond (wasabi and soy sauce)
L -Turkey roll ups (4 slices of deli turkey and 2 slices of 2% american cheese with spicy mustard) and 2 dill pickels32 oz of water with ACV
D - Chicken sauteed in EVOO and garlic with some sort of veggie 12 oz of water with ACV
S - Either unsweetened chocolate almond milk of unsweetend blend of vanilla and coconut almond milk
Net carbs: 15
B - two eggs, strawberries, coffee with light cream
L - pork chop, summer squash, nectarine
D - steak, caesar salad, broccoli
I haven't been hungry for breakfast lately.
L - smoked sausage and deer smoked sausage MMMMM
D - probably chicken
snacks of pork rinds and deer jerky if needed
B - shake (coffee, syntrax nectar, almond/coconut milk)
L - cream of "c" soup (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, chicken broth, heavy cream)
D - baked chicken OR grilled ribeye, spinach/arugula salad w/vinegar & olive oil, grilled zucchini
water & tea
coffee/hwc and 1 vco another coffee with ice/10% cream
fried egg, ham, cheese between 2 oopsies
shrimp and scallops with gr. onion and a bell pepper with shirataki noodles
B: 4 very thin slices roast beef and 1 slice swiss cheese.
L: Decent salad with organic greens and cherry tomatoes.
D: 1 very thin slice roast beef, 1/2 yellow pepper. 4 button mushrooms with asiago and artichoke dip.

-1 Atkins Hazlenut Daybreak Bar
-1-100 Calorie Pack Almonds
-5 Oz. Coconut Shrimp
-2 Tbsp Aioli
-20 Oz. Diet Pepsi

Ugh.. My days and eating are crazy right now.. Im taking a Maymester class right now, which is basically an entire 16 weeks worth of course material stuffed into 11 days (sounds fun right?).. Anyways, at this point just trying to survive.. eating whatever is quick and easy.
B- coffee w/ 2 T HWC
L- plain ol salad
D- Either a shake or some melted cheese and more salad
B: coffee with HWC and Splenda
L: Everything but the kitchen sink scramble (2 eggs, mushrooms, leftover chicken thigh, leftover broccoli, cheddar, a bit of salsa and a dab of sour cream)
D: There are chicken breasts thawing, may just grill them and use it to top a salad with olives, tomatoes and avacado with french vinaigrette
B- hamburger on a lc bun (pysillium husk and almond flour) and all the fixins! Coffee with hwc and splenda
L- acv tonic ( with french vanilla stevia)
D- 2 mini pizzas (on a lc bun ^) and somr baked butternut squash fries
S- banana split cake ( the last of it thank goodness!) Acv tonic
Lots of water!!
