I need help with tips for staying on track during vacation. Our trip includes a theme park and beach days. I know it's possible to stay on plan while on vacation but I'm worried I will give in to temptation :\ We leave next week, which will put me at 5 weeks back on a LC WOE.

You just need to make the decision not to cheat. Plan ahead. Bring your food in a cooler. I have been to theme parks and the beach on plan, but I always bring my food. However, you can always eat bun less burgers on the go.

I agree. Planning ahead is key. If you are in ketosis, you want to stay that way as it will be of enormous help resisting the stuff that is not good for you.

Thanks for the responses. I know it ultimately boils down to planning ahead and accepting that I will NOT give in to temptation. I've come too far since getting back on plan to screw up. I'm not going to let that happen!
