Weight Loss Goal For May 20-27.
 
I saw 246.6 yesterday and I'm taking that. I'm retaining some water this morning, I can feel it in my feet and hands really bad, and it's for no reason, my food has been great all weekend, so I'm taking the 246.6 and starting with that.

I think my goal for this week is 242.

I've been sitting at 184.7 for a solid 2 weeks now. I went down a pants size in that time, but, the scale hasn't budged.

So, I'm going for a "easy" goal. I want to hit 182. Bust that stuck scale! :D

I'm where I was last week, 248.4. Still hoping to get down to 247 and have it stick.

Oh trust me, I am thrilled with the smaller size!! It's been 9 years since I've seen this size!

Last week was Week One of induction. Weigh in this morning was 243.0 lbs. That was 8 lbs. I am hoping for 239.0 lbs. for a total of 4 lbs. this week. It's the second week of Induction but it might be a little too much to ask for.

broke 165 this week, now aiming for 160. If I can make 163.X this week I would be happy.

Again, retaining water really bad. I saw 244.5 last week briefly, but saw 245.5 more than once so I'm going to go with that. Better than nothing. I'm going to start logging my weight on Friday mornings. I tend to retain a lot of water over the weekend.

I've been at 246 for two days in a row. Yea! So that's down 2.4 lbs. in a week. I'll take it!

I am at 183.4 this morning, so I did pretty good for this week. Would like to try to get to 181 by the end of next week.
