I did horribly over the weekend, so back on the wagon!

B - 2 hardboiled eggs, 32 oz of water with ACV, coffee
L - 2 turkey and cheese roll ups with mustard, 32 oz of water with ACV
S - celery dipped in 2 tbsp of blue cheese dressing and 8 pepperoni slices if needed
D - Chicken piccata with 1 cup of spinach in smart balance butter, 12 oz of water with ACV

16.7 net carbs

Circuit training
4 15 reps of arm weights

So far today I had a hamburg patty. I don't know about later, maybe another hamburg patty or that with some hard boiled egg.

Breakfast -- coffee with cream (not a morning eater)
Lunch -- salad greens, grilled chicken, olive oil & lemon, water
Dinner -- sauteed chicken and mushrooms in sugar-free marinara sauce with fresh basil, water and one glass of red wine

B-coffee, 1/2 packet sweet n low, acv tonic, Blueberry protein shake (1/2 scoop vanilla syntrax nectar PP, 1C unsweet almond milk, 1/4tsp glucc powder, WF blueberry syrup, and straw/banana/orange frozen cubes (drink mix))
L-1 pouch tuna/1tbsp light mayo/mustard, other half packet sweet n low, acv tonic
D-If I get paid today, chicken breast with blue cheese and franks w/steamed radish and cheese and lc ketchup, if I don't get paid, green chile miracle rice w/chicken, acv tonic

The plan for the day is as follows:

coffee/hwc and vco and another coffee, iced with hwc and caramel syrup
fried egg, ham and cheese between 2 oopsies
grilled steak with onions and a small caprese salad

B: Wasn't hungry. Had some water and iced tea. (Usually if I skip a meal I skip dinner, not breakfast, but I really did not want to force myself to eat.)
L: Pork chops fried in butter and a bowl of spinach.
D: I don't know yet. Probably some broccoli and more pork chops so I can finish this pack. Maybe I'll do a stir-fry.
