Black olives and pickles
How many carbs do you count and for how many? Does sitting down to 20 medium black olives sound risky??? I need a good low carb super easy snack....that's not cheese or meat!! How many do you count for whole large vlasic pickle? I could easily sit down to 4 in one sitting....who am I fooling, I could eat 6. But, I won't........

Go by what the packaging says :)
Olives and pickles both have the serving size listed, so it's easy:)

Yeah, my pickles say zero and a serving is 1/4 of a whole pickle.....I've read they actually do have carbs so that is the reasoning for my question.

The info on a can of large black olives says 20 olives would have 4 carbs.
Since there is often rounding error, I'd say you could count as 5, although since yours are medium maybe 4. I don't have bottled dills, but assuming unsweetened, I'm guessing you are not getting too many carbs. Maybe better not to eat 4 or 6.

Slightly off topic, but the Lindsay natural olives have less sodium and they taste like black olives (but they're green lol).
Back on topic: I'd go with the carbs count for a cucumber of the same size as the pickle, since it's a cucumber and the vinegar and spices would add negligible carbs (but a lot of sodium).
