-2 Cups Coffee W-1.5 Tbsp. HWC & Stevia
-1 Egg White Protein Shake W-PB2
-1 86% Ghiradelli Chocolate Square
-1 La Croix Peach Pear Water
-1.5 Stalks Celery
-1 Tbsp. Edamame Hummus
-2 Oz. Pepper Jack Cheese
-1 La Croix Peach Pear Water
-5 Oz. Coconut Shrimp
-4 Oz. Radish Home Fries
-1 La Croix Peach Pear Water

Pretty much the same menu I always have. Want and need to change things up soon!!

B- Coffee w/ 3 T HWC
L- almond milk/flax shake, 1/2 T CO
D- grilled chicken w/ onions & peppers, salad on the side!
Sn- After workout- Coffee Popsicle (froze some of my coffee from breakfast inside a small cup with a popsicle stick in the middle :) )

+ 3 liters water & 2 fish oil vitamins!

= 951 calories, 78g total fat, 30g sat fat (a little high for me), 30 total carbs, 18 net.

So proud of myself today! Hosted a family bbq with my family. My mom and dad are trying to learn/follow low carb since all 3 of their daughters follow it. I made low carb buns for the burgers, low carb coleslaw, pb cheese cake and a banana split cake. I offered potato salad for those not doing low carb and I had regular buns there aswell. We were able to feast on all our favs and no one felt deprived. It was exciting to show my parents the way I eat without ever doing without. Anyways here is what I ate:
B- 3 coffees with hwc and splenda
L- burger on a homemade lc bun, coleslaw, and pork kabob, and a pc of banana split cake
D- sausage on a lc bun and a garden salad
