Too much protein......
I'm pretty sure I am eating too much protein. And possibly not enough fat. I'm not LOSING!! I have been eating clean whole foods all week so, I don't see anywhere in my diet that the carbs would be sneaking in. But I do see a ton of protein. Almost as many grams as my fat. :( I will say I am relatively close to goal (15ish lbs anything more would be gravy) but it's not moving and some days I gain. I need some high fat lower protein meal ideas......dinner specifically. Thanks! I am technically not doing induction but I am keeping my carbs around 20. Thanks!
