Happy Saturday!
Breakfast- 2 coffees w/ hwc, fat bomb
lunch- salad with fresh garden lettuce, ranch and grilled chicken. Water
supper- either Fish and green beans Or ribs depending on whether DH wants to grill. Lol!
Lots of water today! Ate off plan a bit last night since today is our 23rd wedding anniv! Ate cheesecake at outback. Wasn't even that great! :(

My snack turned into lunch (minus the protein shake), and my snack was an atkins Hazlenut bar. Didnt want to do dishes :o

B - Egg white mcmuffin - no english muffin - I would not have eaten this but was feeling funny and my asthma was starting to act up. I need to eat when I have that feeling.

L - 3 oz. chicken; broccoli and cauliflower; 2 T. butter; 1 slice of cheese on vegetables; 1 oz. ham and 1 slice of swiss on chicken

D - 2 cups salad; 2 T. ranch dressing; 2 oz. turkey breast (this is an estimation since this is what I ate at the party.)

S - 1/2 oz. pork skins; 2 T. cream cheese; 2 T. butter
