Progresso reduced sodium soups.
about 1/2 the salt of regular soups. I do minimal cooking (if u can call what i do "cooking")in the hot weather. I do my own soup in the winter-basic chicken with veggies. These Progresso soups have no transfat or added msg. They are delicious. I eat the whole can as 1 meal. The whole can(19 oz of product) averages out to under 40 gr net carbs. If I stick to neglible carbs throughout the day, I can get away with the whole can as 1 meal. Also, the potassium for the whole can is over 1,400mg. Not a bad bargain. Which Progresso have you found to be the most delicious? :)

I love soup and miss having it, but I watch my salt intake and Campbell's is so full of it. :sad: About the only homemade I've made is ham and beans. I used to make a delicious beef/veg soup, but for some reason haven't for a number of years.

I would love to find a low carb canned soup. Unfortunately 40 g in a can (or even half a can at 20 g) is too much for me. :( My favorite is Progresso's Macaroni and Bean (Pasta e Fagiioli). They don't sell it where I live and I've even brought some home with me on the plane from my mother's house before. I can only imagine how many carbs is in that!
