D - Taco salad from local mexican food join
S - if needed then some BBQ or salt and vinegar pork rinds with SF lemonade

oops - forgot my 3 cups of coffee with liquid splenda and HWC then lots of water!

B - 2 hardboiled eggs, 2 strips of bacon, 8 oz of coffee with 1 tsp of unsweetened almond milk and sweet and low and ACV with 32 oz of water
L - Tuna salad in a cup with 1 tsp of added EVOO and 1 tbsp light mayo and ACV with 32 oz of water
S if needed - Hardboiled egg
D - 10 buffalo chicken wings, celery dipped in 2 tbsp of blue cheese and ACV with 12 oz water

Other: Vodka with diet tonic late night with hubby:love:

B- homemade low carb bun with egg ham and cheese, 2 coffees with splenda and hwc
L- homemade chocolate/caramel protein bar
D- hamburger on a "healthified sub bun" and a sauage on thw side, along with a garden salad
S- cherries!!! Probably too many but I just cant help myself with fresh cherries (thank goodness its a short season!)

Dinner is...Mexican! made by me out of those chicken breasts in the ready meal section, some refried beans and salsa w/ sour cream.

I stay in a mild pink state of ketosis continuously
