-1 La Croix Coconut Water
-3 Cups Coffee W-1.5 Tbsp. HWC & Stevia

-1 Chicken & Asiago Sausage W/Peppers & Onions
-1 Jalapeno String Cheese
-16 Oz. Diet Coke
D:
-1 Egg White Protein Shake W-PB2
-1 Ghiradelli 86% Chocolate
-1 La Croix Coconut Water

B: yogurt (if you add this to your LC regime, make sure you eat full fat greek yogurt) with bee pollen, cinnamon and raw honey (obviously not LC!) and chia seeds.
L: mixed leaf salad, radishes, tomato, cucumber, saurkraut, tuna in olive oil, 1 oz feta cheese, vinaigrette made with lemon juice, olive oil, flax seed oil and celtic sea salt.
D: Not sure yet, probably a three egg omelette with spinach and parmesan cheese. I may add some nitrate free crispy fried bacon (3oz).

I ate so much sodium yesterday I'm up 4 lbs:( Pizza bowl is bad!

B: bulletproof coffee

S: Fage Total greek yogurt

L: 2 hb eggs w/ spicy Chinese mustard, tuna w/may and 1 chopped pickle

D: Either tacos or hamburgers

B: LC strawberry shake
L: shrimp salad, small serving of corn, 3 slices of bacon
S: LC yogurt
D: LC strawberry shake

D: sauteed shrimp over cauliflower rice; romaine salad w/walden farms honey mustard dressing
S: grilled sirloin; steamed zucchini; sliced cucumber sprinkled with truffle salt

L - 4 oz boneless pork chop, salad of baby spinach, strawberries, red onion, with 2 oz feta and dressing of lemon juice and 1TB olive oil
S - Honeydew
D - Hmmmmm, probably something with ground beef.

Calories are high for breakfast, lunch and snack (about 1000 total) but it's all healthy food, so I'm going to try not to sweat it. Even though I know being LC means I need to break the calorie-counting mindset, it's so hard to do after years and years of "conventional wisdom" dieting.

B - 2 hardboiled egg, coffee with half and half and sweet and low and ACV with 32 oz of water
S - jalepeno cheese stick
L - 1 1/2 cups of salad with a whole can of tuna in water, 1 tbsp of zesty italian dressing and 1 tsp of ACV - ACV with 32 oz of water
S - 2 oz pack of almonds. I just know I won't be able to stop at one and I have a 2oz bag here with me today.
D - 3 oz of tilapia cooked in EVOO and lemon and 2 cups of spinach with smart balance butter and ACV with 12 oz of water

Circuit training & arm weights

22 net carbs

Seems like I'm losing a lb. a week now.

D: either 3 oz tilapia or 3 oz chicken fajitas...haven't decided yet

B-coffee, sweet n low, half a stick new Wrigleys Desert Delight Rainbow Sherbet gum.
L-tuna pouch, 1 tbsp mayo, mustard, pickled jalapenos
S-white chocolate coffee w/1tsp hwc
D-I think shiritake w/chicken and ICBINB Light (Yeah Greer, don't feel bad around here using that "artificial" butter lol, I do too.)
S-allowing for 1oz beef jerky
S-Coffee w/hwc
S-1 serving cracked pepper sunflower seeds, if needed.

Will drink water and black coffee throughout the day unless otherwise noted, and have a Fuze ice tea or two, and sparkling peach lemonade the rest of the night.

For that, and hopefully I can stick to that, my counts are:
617 calories, 10.50 carbs

Sometimes I don't even mention it. I just say butter. Right now I've been using it to lower calories, and honestly, I like the flavor. Actually I like Country Crock better, but I like the calories in ICBINB more lol.

Sometimes it can be like a lynch mob around here. Just wanted you to know you are not alone lol.

Still feeling under the weather

L: A cup of spicy albondigas soup; ice tea (this lunch made me feel great for about 10 minutes, and then I started feeling sickly again)

Today I had crawish, dipped in butter ,,, water ,,, and had to make myself have a snack of pepperoni slices and cajun crab dip! This way of eating helps the carb cravings big time. Seriously had to make myself eat a bite for my blood sugar!
