B - two hardboiled eggs, coffee with almond milk and sweet and low and ACV in 32 oz of water
L - Broccolli and celery dipped in blue cheese dressing ACV in 32 oz of water
S - hardboiled egg and 1 oz of cheddar cheese
D - eggs with bacon or cheeseburger minus bun with low sugar ketchup, mustard and some sort of veggie ACV in 12 oz of water
S - S/f fudge pop

On plan all week while eating out (need to re-tool my recipes; feeling the need to reduce my fat intake. No particular weight reason; just feeling like I need and want less fat).

B: earl grey tea with 2 splenda and 1 half-and-half
L: Lamb over ceasar salad (no croutons) with double spinach, a few black olives and hot yogurt sauce over the whole thing.
D: Out to dinner with a friend and will probably do these amazing deviled eggs and brussels sprouts with bacon. Drinking tonight.

B- Fried ham and egg on a glutten free sandwich bun (recipe thread), a coffee with splenda and hwc
L- homemade protein bar
D- chicken stir fry with a homemade sauce (soya, worcester, garlic powder, tsp splenda, pinch of ground ginger), and a coke zero (first pop in 3 weeks, made me bloat and feel crappy) I'll stick to my acv tonic!
