How to speed up the process? Ive been feeling horrible. Achy and tired.
I thought my body was use to this because I'm normally in and out ketosis but i guess not.

Keep all your minerals up: sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

Unfortunately, some (all?) of it is sugar withdrawals, and, just like you can't make nicotine withdrawals go away, you won't be able to make this go away. Just know that, when it's done, you will feel more energetic and more clear headed than you've felt in a very long time!

Thanx you guys... I been living the lc life for a year and half. Was just wondering if there was a way to speed up the flu part. I normally just deal with it but I was hoping some new discovery has been made to avoid it lol

Are you going into and out of ketosis often? If so, why? If it happens at all, it should only be in the beginning. Once you've been in ketosis for a while and eating a good diet, you shouldn't be having those symptoms, unless they're for another reason.

What normally happens, I'm in ketosis for about 2-3 weeks before I drop off the wagon then I after a few days of eating bad I will try to go back into ketosis. I need to drop another 30lbs but my life is so hectic right now that I easily get derailed but I'm trying so hard this time to stay on plan. I just want to be skinny already. Gosssh. The 1st 60lbs was easy, I should have kept going instead of stopping.

You can do this! I have found that what helps me the most after a carby binge is to eat mainly meat, eggs, and fat. I may have veggies at one meal, but the rest of the day is protein and fat. I usually don't feel too bad if I do this and it makes the cravings go away quickly.
