It's Tuesday - What Are YOU Eating?
 
Morning!

B: coffee with calcium chews
L: 3 oz shrimp, sauteed in ICBINB with garlic, a little curry, broccoli and cauli
D: 3 ox chicken fajitas with romaine wraps and lite sour cream

Enough water to float away!

Good morning!

B - 2 large celery sticks, 1/2 cup of chopped brocolli dipped in 2 tbsp of blue cheese dressing mixed with 1 tsp of ACV
L - Pork cheese frank and 1 oz of cheddar cheese
D - 2 fried eggs with 3 strips of bacon
S- 12 oz Unsweetened vanilla almond milk with splenda and s/f fudge pop

12 net carbs

I have to figure something out to increase my calories today because as it stands, that's only 651! I don't lose when my calories are that low.

S - small gala apple
D - Roast chicken leg/thigh with lots of veggies (not sure what kind yet)

L: Leftover baked tilapia filet and hot tea - still not feeling great but started to come around

Changed, for snack had a hamburger patty w/a poached egg, more eggs, and some more eggs w/walden farms peanut spread and wf syrup.

I ended up getting really hungry lol.

My counts were still 1458 cals, 13.20g carbs, 10.70 net carbs.

Stressed ate yesterday. I had a small bag of salt and vinegar almonds, about 1/4 cup mixed peanuts and sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp of PB and added another fudge pop. And I didn't have the almond milk.

So...net carbs 27 and down 2 lbs. :dunno:
