Carb Hangover
 
I had a planned, off plan eating this weekend and I don't like the results of how I feel. I feel I have a carb hangover. I feel fat, bloated, shaky and just yucky. Couldn't sleep well and feel like I've been drugged. It's amazing when you stay away from carbs for a couple of months then eat it again, I never realized how it was making me feel before this. I don't think I will be doing this again.

Sounds like a good learning experience. Now back to your regularly scheduled low carb eating plan.

Yup, I stopped planned cheat days because I felt so lousy afterwards. It just isn't worth it anymore.

I did this for my birthday. Two day off plan for birthday festivities, by the second night I felt ill and didnt wanna play anymore. Took a full week to shed the weight I gained, and only now, 12 days later, has the scale started to move again.

My wedding is coming up in August, and I'm kinda secretly dreading it. Not for the wedding part, but the fact that we're doing in Tahoe with a week vacation that will have all bad eating. I'm actually more afraid of feeling like junk and not having energy than saying my vows.
