Monday workouts?
 
Hi all,

Les Mills Pump - Pump and burn tonight. Relatively new workout routine for me. So far, it's been fun. Less intense than Insanity and P90X.

Not really a specific workout but definately a workout! Rolling sod and stacking it for 2.5 hours....legs, butt, and upper body are feeling pretty maxed.

Finally back in the gym... I do weight/resistance training on various machines, work out all my muscle groups and a good stretch afterwards.

Went to the gym today to work on my legs.
I was only there about 15 minutes. On the seated calf press machine, my form must have been off because I felt something "move" in my knee.
I'm very careful about injury so I stopped immediately, went home and iced it down. It felt pretty good so I took a 3 mile bike ride later in the afternoon. This evening I was poking around my knee and there is one small spot that is the slightly painful to the touch.
I'm glad I stopped when I did. No leg work for at least a couple of days.
I hate any kind of injury and really seek to avoid them, but knees especially really freak me out.

Smart move. Take it easy for a bit. Work the core and uppers in the meantime.
