It's a lovely day in the Colorado Rockies, looking forward to enjoying some sunshine and (indoor)soccer(fields covered with snow, mud, ice).

Beautiful in western NY today, too! Had a great morning sittin in the sun at the baseball field...now inside a hockey rink. Can't win 'em all, I guess. Lol!

B: coffee
L: chocolate cheesecake protein shake
D: another shake of some sort
S: probably some rotisserie chicken and SF BBQ sauce

All subject to change, depending on my mood.

Yeaahhhhh...no. Lunch was a SF iced coffee w/ cream from Starbucks. I made myself another SF iced coffee at home for a snack. Dinner was literally a couple of bites of bread and spaghetti at the fundraiser supper we went to, along with a small tossed salad/ranch.

Still going to have a protein shake later while we stay in and watch The Hobbit that I just bought.

Calories will land exactly at 500 (having a DD today, obviously) for the day. That never happens, lol!

LOL Evidently- not enough!

I'm done- and I'm at 895 calories (30g carbs) for the day.

Going to eat a lot more- and start earlier- tomorrow.

L - open-faced tuna sandwich (tuna, mayo, celery on a slice of buttoni's gluten-free, grain-free focaccia bread)
S - 2 chocolate peanut butter fat bombs
D - Buffalo wild wings (4 salt & vinegar wings, 3 medium wings), celery, blue cheese dressing
S - Arizona diet Arnold Palmer (2 g carbs)

also total of 3 T. apple cider vinegar in water with stevia - half in morning, half in evening
