It's Friday - what are you eating?

Diet: general healthy eating, lower carb, yadda yadda

B: coffee w/1/2&1/2; leftover shrimp soup (shrimp, rotel, riced cauli in chicken broth)
D: remaining soup (I made a lot lol); may make a BLT on 1/2 a low-carb lavash
S: ribeye cooked w/butter; salad w/Italian dressing
Snacks: hard boiled egg w/mayo; greek yogurt w/1T polaner sugar free all fruit with fiber; assorted teas and more coffee

B: Bulletproof coffee, pan fried fat from the ham I cubed up for ham and eggs (for the kids), strawberry serenity Kombucha

L: leftover chicken fried in coconut oil, red pepper strips, dipped in Caesar

D: I put the ham bone in the crockpot with beef base and an onion. Will do something with that when I get home.

-1 La Croix Coconut Water
S (if needed):
-2 Hard Boiled Eggs
-1 String Cheese
-20 Oz. Diet Coke
D (not sure yet going to a Cinco de Mayo party)
-Meat/Cheese/Sour Cream/Guac/Salsa/Lettuce?

D - 4 oz. of tilapia fried in smart balance butter with lemon, brussel sprouts and a small sweet potato with smart balance butter
S - Unsweetened almond milk with splenda

ACV with water x3, s/f orange metamucil x2

Good morning, Happy Friday! I've been gone way too long, but I'm back and determined! My menu for today:

B: tuna fish salad, coffee
L: tossed salad with lettuce, bit of tomato, onion, mushrooms, shredded cheese and ranch dressing, water
S: LC yogurt
D: sauteed shrimp in melted butter w/fresh garlic, 2 scrambled eggs, diet coke

Drinking lots of water today!

I like it, it is without bulletproof coffee, 3 times proper food, but why beer?

Experiementing with some calorie zig-zagging.
B: Flax seed oatmeal, 2 fried eggs, coffee (5 gm)
S: 1 oz almonds, celery, coffee (4 gm)
L: Grilled chicken, salad (3 gm)
D: 6 oz cod, asparagus (3 gm)
Workout: Ricotta w/splenda (2 gm)

Water: 3.9 L so far, 5 goal

scratch dinner.. No idea now! Some friends invited us to dinner who know about my low-carb needs.. I think she mentioned enchiladas and saving some meat for me. Yippee!

Ug, feel like I couldn't eat enough today. I bought sugar free pecan clusters after lunch and at 3, felt lovely later...
Then had a side of chicken and guacamole on way home from Chipotle,
then at a huge bowl of ham bone soup with shiritaki noodles.

Now feel sick. It must be TOM
