S- HB egg with mayo, mustard and relish

D: joseph's lavash wrap w/turkey, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and onions

D: The rest of the enchilada chicken bake w/sour cream

I fried red onion on ghee, I added a tin tuna, very thinly cut cauliflower (I cooked it in microwave for 3 minutes before), salt, cayen pepper

Started up yesterday. For breakfast, Today had 2 scrambled eggs with a little bit of cheese, bits of turkey bacon and kale thrown in. Omelet. Lunch was a container of yogurt and one of cottage cheese. Small containers. I burnt the chicken breast and vegetables. Scraped the burnt stuff off the chicken and tossed the veggies. Dug in the freezer and put some peppers, pearl onions, kale & spinach in the crockpot with the chicken breast. That'll be dinner. Oh well.
I'm getting headaches...or should I say one long headache since yesterday. I think this is normal, but any ideas how to cope with it?
Unprepared today . It is Labour day here and the supermarkets are closed:I had no idea .
I will need to go to the chinese supermarket to find something lc

D. thinking of making a pizza of some sort . Will investigate
I need to add another hardboiled egg and a cup of s/f hot chocolate to my menu. I'm so hungry today for some reason!

Well, after a REALLY stressful night and beginning to my day and pretty much zero sleep last night... I actually managed to stomach some food. So that's a good sign! I still be able to hit my calorie goal today at least :)
B - bulletproof tea (barely)
L - bulletproof tea (seriously thought this was going to be the only thing I could stomach today!), 4oz grilled hamburger patty, Oscar Mayer little smokie sausage link grilled
D - my Netrition order came in today (it's HUGE! 55 pounds!!) so I'm going to have a lighter dinner and make an egg cream shake with my new Gold Standard Cookies and Cream Casein protein that I hope is good!
S - Fuze tropical punch, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with a new SF syrup added (can't wait to try one!), 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate
ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, lots of water (now that I'm done being dehydrated and not even able to stomach water :laugh: )
L: My lettuce got all "rusty" looking so I threw it out. No salad for me. So I had nitrate-free Black Forest ham spread with mayo/spicy brown mustard. Ice tea
D: Either a blackened chicken salad with ranch dressing or a beef taco salad. I haven't decided yet.
L: super late! big salad with a couple of cherry tomatoes, a few tablespoons of ranch and a couple pieces of chicken from the chicken alfredo catered in to our office.. it was cold.. :mad:
D: still not sure.. I did get some more bacon though yesterday, and have been missing it since we've been out, so probably some bacon and cream cheese and maybe some other goodies.. looking to you all for inspiration!
I'll be lucky to get 12 cups of water.. It's been a crazy work day!

Today I have eaten:
1 hb egg
1 grilled pork rib
1 CarbMaster yogurt
4 slices Cajun chicken lunch meat
a hunk of cheese
1 cup or so of broccoli
the skin from all the chicken legs I fried up in coconut oil
It's snowed a foot today, and doesn't show sign's of stopping. Guess I'm trying to stay warm with fat and more fat!

L: Everything but the kitchen sink scramble (today's was eggs, sausage, mushrooms, onions, zucchini topped with a bit of salsa)
