Quick survey for Intermittent fasters

If you eat only 1-2 meals a day or eat in a short window...

How many carbs do you consume daily?
What type of exercise do you do? how intense? how often?

Thanks

I started eating two meals between 11am-9pm, but have gradually moved my window to 2pm-9pm.

Between 20-35 (whole carbs, not net.)

Before I re-injured my back I was doing one hour Callanetics sessions three to four times a week.

WOE: Induction (Paleo), JUDDD & IF w/BPC!
Start Date: Jan 11 2013
I am not IF completely since I have combined my WOE with Induction, IF, JUDDD and eat as close to Paleo as possible without eating anything not allowed in Induction. I have a Bulletprooof coffee every morning which has significantly increased my energy and decreased my hunger. I consume under 20g carbs as is indicated in Induction. I also eat in a short window of a few hours AND I only eat like that every other day as is indicated in JUDDD. On Down Days I usually only have my BPC and some vegetables to keep my calories under 500 and carbs under 20g for the day as recommended.

I have started this only for the last week and have seen a HUGE difference in energy and weight loss. It is sustainable for me also, and as time goes on I will tweak it to my body even more. I had found that doing only one of the WOEs was not working for me. Combining it like this seems to be the "magic" my body needed to get it going.

I have been virtually sedentary for the last 8 years or so but i have started to walk 2-3 miles 4 times a week and began Callanetics a couple of times a week as well as working out with some light weights for arms on the days I don't do Callanetics.

There are so many smart people here that do IF that I am sure can help you far better but I just thought I would let you know my experience with IF tweaked.

I eat under 12 g carb most days and that includes fiber. And I exercise five or six days a week, walking between 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 miles either concentrating on speed or hills. I almost always do my workouts before I eat and haven't had any problem with energy.

oing JUDDD, don't count carbs at all, keep them low(er) because sugar is poison!
Diet every other day, never feel deprived. Feel amazing effects of SIRT enzymes...LOVE IT!
No formal exercise yet, just very active in my job and hobbies.
Steady, sustainable weight loss of approx. 2 # per week!

I have done IF with a feeding window between 11am and 8pm, with 3 to 5 meals a day with a one hour exercise session in the morning. It was ok but I prefer to eat something a bit earlier in the day even if it an iced coffee with a ton of cream in it. I don't really care when I exercise, I find if the exercise is kept at a low intensity, it doesn't really matter when it occurs.

I eat 2 meals a day between noon-6:30PM and usually under 10 carbs (mostly veggies).

I don't do too much formal exercise, sometimes treadmill. I work full time, have two little kids, two dogs and a house to take care of! That's enough

I don't count carbs. I'm also not doing any formal exercise just yet...I just do the usual moving about during the day (cleaning, walking around a lot, feeding the horses, etc.). I'm just wrapping up my first week of JUDDD and I love it. I feel great!
