B: Bulletproof coffee (too bad my HWC is frozen solid. It's floating in TBS size chunks in my coffee right now)
2 slices of bacon

S: 1 HB egg

L: 3 egg salad, CarbMaster yogurt

D: Pork ribs and some veggie

L - Tuna salad in a cup with celery sticks
D - Chicken marsala with a side salad with ACV and EVO
D - Mock chocolate ice cream (light cool whip mixed with u/s cocoa powder and sweet and low and placed overnight in freezer) :yummy:

ACV tonic and lots of water and also s/f metamucil for extra fiber

Morning everyone! It was supposed to be a really nice day over here, and instead I woke up to thunderstorms... so I had to redo my whole menu for the day. I WAS going to BBQ! :annoyed:

Oh well, maybe tomorrow!

B - bulletproof tea
L - 6 fried chicken wings (no sauce/no breading), bulletproof tea
D - LC coconut curry chicken with shirataki noodles and bean sprouts (new recipe I came up with, so I'm hoping it's good... sometimes I enjoy being my own guinea pig, other times I'm nervous :laugh:)
S - Fuze tropical punch drink, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, and lots of water!

I may add something else little in there since I'm a tiny bit low on calories, but we'll see. I don't know about anyone else, but when I get food from restaurants (this time the chicken wings) I always try to shoot a little under my goal in case their food is a little bigger of a portion than the nutritional info says it will be. Seems like they overshoot!

D-probably shirataki w/chicken and Seal Sama teriyake

L- 1 C Romaine, 2 stalks celery, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 oz turkey breast, 2 TBSP blue cheese salad dressing

I just can't even deal with how good lunch is right now. I added a bit of reduced sugar ketchup and more soy sauce for a sweet and tangy part and omg. I just can't take it lol. That will be supper for sure.

Changed my lunch as I went to the supermarket at lunch time to pick up some Braggs ACV to keep at work. I got a salad to have with my tuna salad. Feta, black and green olives, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and cucumbers. EVOO and vinegar. Yummy.:yummy:

So this week I am doing an amazing course through work. They are catering the breaks and lunches but I am bringing my lunch so I can play it safe. So I take what is low carb and I add some of my lunch to make it complete.
B- 2 fried eggs with cheese, coffee with hwc and splenda, acv tonic
S- home made flax granola bar, acv tonic
L- slice of baked ham, steamed brocolli, source greek yogurt
S- flax granola bar, coffee with hwc, babybel
D- pork chop, garlic mash (cauli), baby spinach salad with greek feta dressing, acv tonic

I ate more then I normally would but I think it was my way of staying away from the bad food.
