After trying for over 3 years and not giving up on this diet I FINALLY FINALLY made it past 3 days!! I made it a full week!! 7 days!! I always told myself if I can just fight these carb demons and make it past a full week I will be set!! I did it!! I am soooooooo PUMPED!!! :jumpjoy: I am finally gonna do this thang!! I even made it past Saturday!!! Go ME!!!!

Awesome WTG! The longer you can go without the carbs the easier (I find) it is to stick to it. :)

I can only take one day at a time, there are days when it's even one meal at a time. I'm that addicted to food however, celebrate every step no matter how small it may feel. positive talk is a very effective tool!!! way to go and may you have 7 more days!!

I totally get it. It took me literally years to make it stick. Day 5 was always my breaking point. That struggle is one of the things that now helps me.

CONGRATULATIONS! It is excellent work to stay on plan for a week. Just keep taking it one choice at a time and don't let yourself justify cheats on any level. Keep plugging away and you WILL make it to goal :clap:

I have a shirt i purchased off ebay its a victorias secret tank top i call it my goal shirt.I have it on a hanger hanging on the wall beside my bed as a constant reminder that im working on fitting into that shirt.It keeps my mind away from the carbs.I also have a sign on my door that says no carbs allowed beyond this point .
