OMG I just ate toast

It was quite yummy. I'm trying to get rid of the upset tummy from last night's Jack and Diet Coke

yes, I've been sick and eaten dry toast or saltine crackers. As long as you aren't one of the folks who have carb craving issues, it shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like you had a good night tho!

Baked some LC bread yesterday. Now I can have a bit of toast without guilt and don't even need Jack and Diet as an excuse.

Toast would only make me feel worse and then there is that slippery, slideeee, steep fall into carb hell that would follow if I didn't fight tooth and nail. Hope you don't have the same issues......

The best thing for any upset is chicken as it has some wonderful nutritive healing properties. Wheat does not.

No big deal! A little toast isn't the end of the world. I hope it helped you feel better.

I like to make egg drop soup when I'm feeling under the weather. It just takes a few minutes, and it's incredibly soothing. I make it with bouillon when I don't have stock or broth in the freezer.

Hope you're feeling better now.

How are you feeling? Hope you're doing better! Toast would definitely be something that I'm afraid would derail me, I love it!

Hey All, the toast worked fine! I stayed under my carb limit that day and have been good since. Thanks again!
