It was quite yummy. I'm trying to get rid of the upset tummy from last night's Jack and Diet Coke :sad:

yes, I've been sick and eaten dry toast or saltine crackers. As long as you aren't one of the folks who have carb craving issues, it shouldn't be a problem. Sounds like you had a good night tho!

Baked some LC bread yesterday. Now I can have a bit of toast without guilt and don't even need Jack and Diet as an excuse. :shake:

Toast would only make me feel worse and then there is that slippery, slideeee, steep fall into carb hell that would follow if I didn't fight tooth and nail. Hope you don't have the same issues......

The best thing for any upset is chicken as it has some wonderful nutritive healing properties. Wheat does not.

I like to make egg drop soup when I'm feeling under the weather. It just takes a few minutes, and it's incredibly soothing. I make it with bouillon when I don't have stock or broth in the freezer.
