Good morning! Finally, a weekend that seems like spring!:)

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
minute muffin with cream cheese
sweet and spicy chicken wings and sauted zucchini

L- *Unstuffed cabbage (7.5 carbs)

D- Roast pork loin with buttered sprouts & diet ginger ale (8 carbs)

Daily total = 19.5 carbs

*Sautéed ground beef and finely shredded cabbage, added 1/4 of no sugar added marinara, 1/8 cup of ricotta, Italian seasonings, and topped with grated Parmasean.

B - bulletproof tea
L - chocolate macadamia nut protein shake, 4 cheese crackers (homemade) with 1T of sour cream and a touch of salsa
D - 6oz of country style pork ribs oven roasted with homemade LC honey mustard sauce, with shirataki angel hair pasta in a cream sauce on the side
S - Fuze Slenderize Tropical Punch, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, and plenty of water :)

Its 1:48pm here & no food yet. I decided to try 19 hour fasting today. Started last night at 8pm & got up & jogged 8 miles this morning. I have lots of good food planned for my 5 hour eating window though.

1/4 cup pearled barley
1/2 cup black beans
11oz strawberries
4oz chicken
1oz raw almonds
12oz zucchini
1 cup of diced tomatoes
2 pieces of cheese
1 cup of plain greek yogurt (with sf jello mix)

Not sure if I will eat more than that in my 5 hour window but we'll see. This is off the LC plan for me since I am doing fasting & exercised today because I usually take in no more than 40 NC but today is at 74 NC with these foods.

I was naughty - mascarpone, peanut butter

1. omelet, 3eggs, belly pepper, cheese
2. a lot of sausages (six) with mustard, I ate late and I was hungry (I should keep eye to eat lunch on time)
