First Trip to Trader Joe's Suggestions . . . ??
I will be going to Trader Joe's for the first time anything special I should look for? I have seen so many great things posted & can't remember all of them.

I love Trader Joe's Simply lite dark chocolate and almond bars---about a gram a square and one or two squares does it for me. Also they have a good selection of Hanson's Diet soda---without aspertame. I use these to make a cream soda every night. I've been wanting to try their cooked prime rib or tenderloin, it's usually near the cheeses. You can buy a hunk of it for a couple dinners, or slice it in strips for salads. I'm told it's delicious, and all you have to do is warm it up.

Cheeses, great bagged salads, paneer palak is good, coconut oil and olive oil are cheap, almond meal, grilled chicken strips

Tonight I had the Pork Roast Florentine (marinated pork filled with spinach, cheese, and roasted peppers). It is found in the frozen foods sections and has 4 carbs per serving. It was delicious and filling and has 28 g of protein per serving!

They have an excellent pre-made stuffed chicken breast, the name of it escapes me right now. It is a little expensive, they come in two for about $12. They are pretty big so we split one. In fresh meat section. I love them because they are low carb but tastes like a carb stuffing.

They have the best prices on coconut oil, love the dark chocolate. Huge variety of nuts. I also like the kobe beef burgers and mahi mahi patties in the frozen food section.

They were the first to come out with chopped pre-washed kale, easy to make kale chips. I have now found them in local stores, but I am in a big city, so grab them. They have a wonderful blue cheese/pecans spread in the dip/cheese section.

Happy Hunting
