It's Saturday! What are you eating?
 
Good morning!:)

I had my breakfast. But I am hungry and I would like to share why.

I made an omelet - ghee, belly pepper, eggs, salt, cheese, pepper (ingredients in order how they were used) My omelet was not tasty. I did not mix properly salt with eggs so I had pieces which I had to throw in my bin and pieces which I ate but I did not enjoy. So I am hungry but I will cook better because if my food is not tasty, I am not satisfied.


My plan:

2. chicken, shirataki noodle, cucumber, lime juice, onion, spicy. lemon grass,
3. almonds, walnuts muffin, mascarpone
3. cocoa with soya milk

B - Hardee's (aka Carl Jr's), low carb bowl and it was AWESOME!
L - same thing as breakfast, I bought 2 :)
D - maybe a burger or chicken of some sort

Snacks of pork rinds and Slim Jim's if needed.

Hi all! Pretty much the same thing as yesterday it looks like... I wish I could get out and BBQ in this nice weather, but sadly I'm not really prepared (shopping wise OR menu wise!) so it's probably going to be the same old thing for me again today. It's okay though, because my food was yummy yesterday anyway :)

B - bulletproof tea
L - chocolate macadamia egg cream, 8 homemade cheese crackers with a sour cream/salsa dip
D - chicken hearts in a cream sauce served over top of a bed of miracle noodles (I need to buy some soon, yikes!)
S - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, lots of water! :)

B: coffee w/half and half (3 cups coffee w/2T each); egg/ham roll (don't waste your $$ on a "rollie eggmaster" lol)
D: small ribeye, pan fried w/duck fat; zucchini "noodles" w/butter
S: bockwurst sausage; salad w/romaine, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, a few tablespoons garbanzo beans, italian dressing and shaved parmesan

L: cheeseburger w/o bun, small Caesar salad
D: small steak, grilled mushrooms

So not hungry....

Coffee/hwc x 2 or 3 and 1 tbsp vco
Have some grass fed ground beef defrosting but can't think what to make with it....maybe taco salad ...?

Lunch- steak salad. With lettuce, cheese, grilled onion and salsa. Water
snack- 2 strawberries stuffed w/ cream cheese
Supper- Pork roast and asparagus
water all day!

D- Grilled pesto & gorgonzola burger served with garlic roasted sprouts and a diet ginger ale (13 carbs)

Daily total= 19 carbs

D: 3 Blue Menu Extra lean Hamburger patties with SF Walden Farms Ketchup, a bit of swiss cheese on each and 4 dill pickles. Diet Pepsi as a treat

We've had family in town the last 2 weeks, and it's been rough staying totally on plan.

B: Coffee w/hwc, spoonful of almond butter

L: Fish tacos with mango salsa minus the tortillas. Was breaded cod, but well worth the carbs. Sooooo good. And a Bloody Mary that was so spicy I got heart burn. And a couple of Rocky Mountain Oysters.

S: Leftover wings

D: Bratwursts simmered in beer and onions w/ sour kruat, spinach salad w/strawberries and sheep's milk blue cheese, possibly sugar free ice cream with Splenda strawberry sauce.

Looking forward to eating totally clean tomorrow!!

B/L: A small glass of tomato juice and a 3 egg cheese omelet with Spanish sauce. Good thing I had this because then I wrecked my back and spent the rest of the day in bed. I didn't want to eat anything for dinner
