nutiva coconut chips

Does anybody eat Nutiva coconut chips? I have incorporated them in to my daily diet & eat quite a few servings a day. The nutritional facts says that 9grams has 2 carbs & 2 grams of fiber for 0 net carbs. I sometimes eat 7 servings per day to keep my fat intake up to the 65-70% range. I know that while 1 serving may have 0 net carbs, eating several servings may add up to some carbs but I am figuring that it can't be more than 5 net carbs for all 7 servings?

I have not tried these. Just looked at them on netrition, they sound good. Do you toast them or just use them from the bag?

I love them plain. They are nice sized compared to shredded coconut & the only ingredient is coconut.
