Didn't see one started yet!

B: coffee with cinnamon and splenda
L: 3 oz shrimp with shiritaki noodles in a lite coconut curry sauce
D: 3 oz tilapia

D: Chicken breast stuffed with Portobello mushrooms and Provolone

Went out today without breakfast and was starved by 10am!
B- 1/4 roasted chicken, a few bites of brocolli salad (picked up at Sobeys)
L- have a bit of cheese burger casserole left so may finish that. Its only a bit but breakfast was late.
D-roast beef with a mayo/horse radish sauce, garlic cauli mash.

L - Tuna in a cup, 1/2 cup of black beans
S - V8 juice
D - Baked chicken breast, brussel sprouts and unsweetened apple sauce
S - Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

bfast - fat bomb - 2 egg yokes (heavily salted)

lunch - taco salad with shrimp, lettuce, salsa, guac, sour cream. No rice or beans (obvi) and no chips. Maybe a diet coke (trying to cut back).

Dinner: Salad with cesar dressing and macadamia nuts (maybe half an avo if ripe).

Trying to do high fat today and mod. protein. have a killer headache and some lower back pain (kidney?) which is probably just a combination of allergies and going to the gym but i am going to err on the side of caution.

Bfast- Three egg omlette with tomato, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, bacon bits. Who says you have to suffer to lose weight!:hyst:

Today was a hard one to figure out... I love chicken hearts, but man are they ever surprisingly low in protein for a pretty large portion! :laugh:

B - bulletproof tea
L - venison steak taco with a cheese shell topped with salsa and sour cream, and a chocolate egg cream for dessert (and also to get my dang protein up, LOL)
D - 6oz chicken hearts in a cream sauce, served over shirataki noodles
S - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, diatomaceous earth x2, and lots of water!

lunch - salad with tuna, cheese and Caesar dressing, coffee made with half and half and splenda
snack - pumpkin seeds
dinner- atkins beef merlot frozen dinner (surprisingly not that bad)

I had salami and tuna salad for brunch, and I think I'm having some sort of spicy ground beef/string bean/jalapeņo skillet thing for dinner. I'll make it up as I go along, maybe add some cheese, but I'm not sure yet.

Lots of water, and maybe some Diet Mountain Dew.
