Went to the gym...Still rehabing my shoulder though it's greatly improved,
used the stretch bands for rotator cuff strengthening,
then did some chest and triceps work...iced down afterwards.
Shoulder doesn't have pain per se, more like some tenderness.
Anyway, those days off did alot of good, now the trick is to not rush the comeback

Intervals are such a great workout,
but man they HURT....lol
