I know you are still sleeping but I am in the UK so I am here first

I had already breakfast: quark with peanut butter, almonds, walnut

L: charcoal grilled chicken, chilli sauce, letucce

D: broccoli with cheese sauce: ghee, onion, taleggio cheese, unsweetened soya milk

Sick again today, skipping breakfast probably. Haven't fully planned out my day because I don't know how I'll feel about eating.

B - not having - maybe some tea

L - cordon bleu chicken

D - roasted chicken, zucchini, mushrooms, turnips

S - celery, peppers and cucumbers

B. sauage patties, topped with fried eggs, and black coffee

L. Leftover taco meat turned into soup and diet soda

D. crispy oven baked fish, green beans with bacon, cole slaw or salad and hot tea

Ate a pizza this weekend, so looking to stay on track today.

Brunch with the girls: grilled ceasar salad, no croutons, rare salmon on top. If I'm really hungry I may also order a deep fried deviled egg or roasted hot peppers with lemon/yogurt sauce.

Dinner: going to a concert with the guy I'm dating, so not sure if I'll eat at all. Might grab something out in the city.

Good morning all! Struggling a bit with getting my fat in today because I'm having a leaner protein for a change, but I figure I've got to learn some time... I've got a freezer full of venison and chicken! :laugh:

B - hard boiled egg, bulletproof tea
L - jalapeno string cheese, OM Selects NY Style hot dog, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani
S - fat bomb with 1T butter, and 1oz cream cheese with SF Torani
D - 6oz venison chops, miracle rice, with a pan sauce made of butter, HWC, Worcestershire sauce, sour cream, garlic, and black pepper
S - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, 1T EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3, two servings of diatomaceous earth stirred into something (new supplement), lots of water :)
