It just snowed here!! Didn't stay on the ground but really came down for several minutes. The last thing I want to see on Apr. 20th is snow!

coffee/hwc x 2 and 1 vco
egg and cheese 'sandwich' between 2 oopsies
DD is doing the cooking so it will be a surprise!

D: Mom's birthday! I'm making short rib stew, a sweet onion tart, strawberries w/balsamic, and tomato salad. Not sure how much of that I'm going to eat though... probably mostly the stew and a few bites of the other stuff.

back in the saddle today! My eating habits have started to SUCK so hard! So here I am crawling with my fat tail caught between my legs. :P

B-2 fried eggs, copious quantities of coffee and water
l-hardboiled eggs w/ butter
d-if meat is thawed taco salad (no shells or tortillas) if not thawed (scrambled eggs)

I've become a snackaholic lately so I'm going to try to avoid snacks if possible.

L - Kraft jalapeno string cheese, light protein shake
D - 8oz hamburger meat with a pan gravy and shirataki noodles (anyone else eat the whole bag whenever they make them? LOL)
S - 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani added, 1T of EVCO, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3 and plenty of water!

Ate off plan for a snack and lunch today (damage included 2 chicken tenders, 1 small fry, custard, & 1/2 soft pretzel as well as some beer & a glass of wine), was at a brewery and winery tour with friends then stopped for lunch. However, my breakfast and dinner were on plan
