Haha Cathy. I just posted one as well. I'll ask the mods to delete it.

B-coffee, sweet n low, Water, I may go make a protein cookie. I got really really sick yesterday and got in the bed at 3pm and only got up twice until 7:30 this morning. I had some sf jello and diet 7 up yesterday and that's it. I still don't feel 100% today so I don't know what my eating will be like. Very light I assume.
L-Maybe some cabbage or sliced cucumber.
D-Really depends on how the day goes and how I feel. Maybe some soup or something.

I'm finally going to go buy me another scale. I think that's why I've gained so much. Not weighing. I weighed at the Dr. yesterday and I almost cried. So it's serious time for me. I need a scale to hold me accountable.

B: 3 bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, coffee with CO and coconut milk

L: Wendy's cobb salad with homemade vinaigrette dressing and no blue cheese

S: chopped pecans and key lime seltzer

B - Coffee with truvia and half and half, 2 hardboiled eggs, V8 juice
L - Tuna in a cup with 2 pickel spears and a 1/2 cup of cucumbers with peel
S - L/f cheese stick
D - 3oz of leftover salmon from yesterday, 1 cup of brussel sprouts
S - wasabi and soy sauce almonds (10) and 8 oz of almond milk to get some dairy in this body

Work out at Curves burning approx. 400 calories

While the scale is not budging, I lost over 2 inches and I can definetly finally see a change in my body. My stomach is much flatter, I got my waist back and I can feel my collar bones and spine again. Yeah!

Morning all! I can't believe it's only 10am... I used to sleep in, what is this being up at 7-8am nonsense? Throws my brain all off! :laugh:

B - hard boiled egg, bulletproof tea
L - hard boiled egg, OM Selects NY Style hot dog, 1/2 ounce of pepperjack cheese
S - 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with SF Torani (if a snack is needed)
D - crack slaw agaaaaain... but I really found a combo I love, so I'm happy!
S - 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk with SF Torani, daily piece of dark chocolate, 1/2T of EVCO

ACV tonics x3 and lots of water throughout the day! :)

I think I'm going to cook up some venison steaks tomorrow if they defrost in time, which will be the first time since starting LC/NK! I've been intimidated with the thought of using the leaner proteins lately because I'm on a high fat/moderate protein diet... so it'll be an extra challenge getting in the extra fat I'll be missing getting my protein from venison rather than the 75/25 ground beef blend I've been using :)

gibbs, inspiration for you:

1. low carb pancakes with sour cream and raspberries
2 greek salad, cucumber, tomatoes, belly pepper, greek cheese, herbs,
3. grilled salmon stake with gem lettuce

the best was breakfast. the pancakes from cheese are very light and soft

Changing things a bit. I found what appears to be a fabulous mock l/c pizza. It received outstanding reviews. It may be on the recipie section here. So instead of the salmon for dinner tonight, I'm going to make the pizza.

Also, I've been racking my brain trying to figure out why on earth I'm not losing at as quick a pace as I did 5 years ago. Well besides being 5 years older, back than I included ACV to the plan. So I stopped off and picked up a bottle and just had about 1/4 of it mixed with water.

L- 1 package of peanuts, pepperoni
D- POPCORN :) .. I'll be having a few drinks tonight and will not eat again. Ive noticed that if I have a few drinks and stay very lc I feel very sick the next day, so decided I would have some popcorn to hopefully help with that some - & most importantly its gluten free.
Sn- Few diet coke and rums! (Very special occasion)
= 1,135 calories, 48 total carbs, 39 net - Yikes.. will make up for this tomorrow, 58g total fat, 21g sat fat

+4-5 liters of plain water to hopefully prevent too much dehydration!

Weighed in at 130 this morning! Lowest Ive been since christmas time! Ill stay very strict tomorrow and Sunday and weigh Monday morning to hopefully get an accurate reading of my weight once the alcohol wears off, and to see if I did any damage with the popcorn! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Changing up my dinner too! Found a GREAT deal on some angus ribeye steaks ($45 worth of steaks for under $20!) so it's an 8oz ribeye for me tonight it looks like... now THAT'S good eating, after days straight of hamburger meat :yummy:

I tend to make something early on in the day and eat it for both lunch and dinner. I guess I am just THAT lazy with cooking! :P

Not feeling so hot today - some serious stomach issues. I had CO yesterday but it doesn't usually get me so I think maybe I picked up a bug. Anyway...

B - 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 1 coffee, 1 tbs hwc, 1 tsp splenda

L/S - 1 c celery, 1 c cucumbers, .5 c yellow pepper, 3 oz turkey breast lunch meat

D - Cordon Bleu Casserole from Linda Sue's site

Breakfast- 3 coffees w/ hwc. 2 eggs scrambled with 3 tsp salsa, 4 slices bacon
lunch- LC bar in the car Lol! Running crazy again today
Supper- mexican resturant! Which is Usually my down fall But I did pretty good! Had a fajita taco salad without the beans or shell! Lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Pretty proud of myself for not devouring the chips and salsa like I would have before!

LOVE the key lime CarbMaster! I cut it out of my diet a while ago to cut carbs, but man is it ever good with a little HWC stirred in! I can't wait to add it back in when I'm in maintenance :yummy:

Ended up taking the kids to chili's so had 2-3 oz mango chile tilapia and some steamed broccoli. I have the other half for lunch tomorrow!
