It's Thursday! What are you eating??
It's April 18th, 7 degrees and snowy outside, and my birthday!! So I plan to eat a little off plan today. But I was back to 166 this morning, so I won't go nuts.
B: Bulletproof coffee, bacon, eggs.
L: Salad w/ chicken and caesar
D: I'm hoping for a big crispy chimichanga with rice and beans on the side and a fishbowl sized margarita
B: Coffee w/CO & cream
L: Chicken w/jalapenos, guacamole
D: Grilled steak, roasted broccoli
Happy Birthday snowdancer79! It's actually my best friend from grade school's birthday today too... small world :)
Anyway, here's what I've got planned for today:
B - hard boiled egg, bulletproof tea
L - hard boiled egg, Oscar Mayer Selects New York Style hot dog, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk with a touch of protein powder and some SF Torani mixed in
D - yet another variation on crackslaw (I should be a genius by the time my hamburger meat runs out :laugh:)
S - 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk with SF Torani, bulletproof tea (or just coconut oil off a spoon again like last night), daily piece of dark chocolate
ACV tonics x3 and plenty of water :)
B-ham and scrambled eggs w/ coffee
D-pork tenderloin, buttered squash,green beans

B- 1 oz pecan halves, 14 pepperonis, 1 string cheese
L- 2.5 whole devilled eggs, 24 small roasted almonds

D- salmon, I hope... With asparagus and mushrooms covered with butter and parmesan
What's an "oopsie"?
B: Black Coffee and 2 Fat Bombs
S: 1 oz. Colby Cheese
L: Chili Dog (without the bun of course) w/ mustard and onions on top
D: Probably Tuna Salad made with SF tartar sauce (Homemade), onion, celery and pickle
S: Bulletproof Coffee
B - egg salad made with two hardboiled eggs, 1 packet of mayo and 1 packet of mustard. 2 cups of coffee with truvia and half and half and V8 juice
L - Chicken salad in a cup and 2 pickel spears
S - Cucumbers dipped in hummus
D - Grilled salmon, 6 asparagus spears and 1 cup of brussel sprouts in 1 Tbsp of light smart balance butter with flax seed
D - Unsweetened vanilla milk with truvia
Worked out at Curves burning 400 calories
Probiotic supplement and 1 cup of sf orange metamucil

lunch- 5 Hot wings eatten in the car Lol! Water
supper- taco salad Or egg salad. Not sure yet

D: Atkins chili con carne topped with some extra sharp cheddar
If I have a snack, I will have some turkey breast dipped in mayo, but I don't think I will need it

I do not like it, I know I should eat fat but

ranch salad for lunch with left over LC hot and sour soup
amazing taco salad for dinner made with home made taco meat seasoning (recipe found here) and home made low carb catalina dressing (found here also)
some pork rinds in there for a snack

B- NOTHING! Woke up super late this morning and didnt even have time for coffee!
L- 1 oz walnuts, coffee w/ cream
D- 6 oz grilled chicken cooked in butter, salad, pepperoni
sn- my choco "cake" concoction..
+ 2-3 liters plain water!
= 1,013 calories, 84g total fat, 32g sat fat, 30 total carbs, 25 net.. High on my sat fat and carbs a little bit but thats okay, I was rushing around alot today and had to work with what I had.
