German sausages and eggs for breakfast,too much as I thought I might be hungry later. As if I was going away from civilisation and did not have access to food if I did feel hungry later ! ;)
Strange logic I have sometimes. Next time I will spot it beforehand.

Lunch: Feels like it will be skippeable today but ifnot some gouda cheese and some slices of spanish chorizo

Dinner : Itīs looking likemeat loaf but not sure yet.

B - bulletproof tea, hard boiled egg
L - hot dog with mustard, 1oz pepperjack cheese, hard boiled egg
D - a different variation on crackslaw that I had yesterday
S - hard boiled egg (you'd think I'd be sick of them by now :laugh:), bulletproof tea, daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics x3 or x4 throughout the day, and plenty of water... it's a nice day, so maybe I'll go for another walk if the storms hold off! :jumpjoy:

L - Tuna salad in a cup & two pickel spears
S - celery dipped in hummus
D - I have steak marinating! About 3oz of sirloin steak, large sweet potato, brussel sprouts in light smart balance butter with flaxseed and maybe some black beans to keep the steak moving lol!
D - cup of unsweetened almond milk mixed with splenda

62oz of water. Working out at Curves approx. 400 calorie burn. Green tea with lemon, probiotic supplement and s/f orange metamucil

What I will not eat: BF's cookie cake from last Friday. I'm telling him today it's got to go. I also will not eat any of the moonshine soaked cherries.

L: Cheesecake (unbaked,vanilla seeds, gelatine, splenda, quark) and raspberries


D: Lamb kofta with spinach
I will do again it. I made small balls from mince lamb with spicy (garam masala, turmeric, cayenne pepper, dried garlic, salt) I fried without any fat the balls after I added chopped onion, after while I added spinach pure, salt, pepper and I simmered, I added double cream in the end and yam yam yam
I think we should enjoy our food which should be healthy. It might be that somebody think that meat is not healthy but I like fish, poultry, lamb. I do not like to eat meat as sausages, .....

I cooked a head of cabbage with a package of bacon yesterday and had that for lunch and dinner yesterday. I had the rest of it for breakfast and lunch today. It is pretty filling so I am not sure if I will bother with a full dinner or just snack on some veggies for dinner.

I did,however, just have my daily coffee with HC & Torani Hazelnut SF syrup. YUM!

No shame - tomorrow will be better :)

Hello all...I was up and out the door today, so breakfast wasn't until 11:30, and dinner was at 5:30 but not a bad day, in all.

B: 3egg omelet, ham, bacon, steak, onions, peppers, cheese, and two slices tomato
About 6 cups coffee with cream (visiting haha)

D: a couple of lettuce wraps: turkey, mayo
1 HBegg, 2 slices bacon, 3 pcs cheese, 1/2 c cucumber, 1 turkey pepperoni.

Water throughout the day, and now a coke zero.

L- serving of sunflower seeds + a lc, dairy free chocolate treat I made w/ egg, cocoa power, some splenda, and water thrown in the microwave!
D- Grilled chicken and salad.. starting to get tired of this!

+ 2 liters plain water!

Really wanting carbs right now but trying to stay strong and drink lots of water instead! :( Will go to bed soon and hopefully waking up without cheating tomorrow will help build my will power up some more!
