Morning! :hiya:

I stuck to my plans yesterday, so I'm hoping I'll be able to keep to it today too! This is what I have planned:

B - hard boiled egg, and bulletproof tea
L - pizza salad
D - simple crack slaw dinner
S - bulletproof tea, hard boiled egg, and daily piece of dark chocolate

ACV tonics throughout the day too... still trying to get this TOM water weight off! :annoyed:

B-coffee, sweet n low, coffee mate
L-2 chicken legs (kinda picked at them, I haaaaaaaaaaate chicken with bones in it, absolutely hate it. I'm not a picky eater but this is one thing I just hate. The veins and the cartlidge and etc...omg. But they were on sale BOGO free at the store and we are broke so that's what I hate. I almost rather not eat)
D-I just don't know if I can stomach the thought of more chicken. I have some cabbage in the freezer and some turkey bacon, maybe I'll make that.

Coffee & water all day.

3cups of coffee with cream
2 eggs, 2 slices chicken deli meat, 1/4 c. cheese

L:
150g chic breast, baked with mayo and Parmesan cheese on top
3 leaves iceberg lettuce w/dip
(Dip: 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp ranch, Frank's Red Hot)

D:
Old fashioned ham (Schneider's country naturals)
Cauliflower rice, or mash...haven't decided yet
Salad w/oil and vinegar, maybe some olives thrown on top
Maybe a couple Laughing Cow party cube cheeses....

I'm not feeling 'snacky' so far, so hopefully, it sticks!

1.B blueberries muffin (flax, butter, unsweetened soya, milk, egg, baking powder)
2. L unbaked peanut cheesecake (gelatine,quark,peanut butter, splenda), raspberries
3.D broccoli, with sauce ghee, onion, garlic, taleggio

The dinner was delicious.

Embarrassed to say I slept all day, even all last night!

So all I've had today is scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon.

L- Walnuts, beef jerky
D- Salad, 4 slices bacon, rest of the walnuts
sn- green tea and probably 1 more coffee w/ 1 T HWC and splenda

+ 2 liters plain water
=928 calories, 77g total fat, 21g sat fat, 27 total carbs, 22 net (over on carbs but thats okay for today..)

Having serving of sunflower seeds instead of walnuts.. didnt really change much!

Lunch: A Hardees lettuce wrap frisco burger---just 4 grams of carbs and so relish
Snack: 1 square of dark chocolate and almonds
Dinner: Roast chicken, onions, 1 carrot, gravy and Bread machine Low carb bread.
Desert: Dark cherry cream soda.

20 grams of carbs total, and a totally delicious day!

-Protein shake with 2 scoops Rivalus Promasil vanilla protein powder and 2c. ice water.

L:
-cream cheese pancakes with butter

D:
-2 dijon lime broiled chicken thighs (skinny taste recipe!)
-greek salad with feta

S:
-3 Russel Stover chocolates
- 1 Atkins bar
- 2 peperoni sticks with 2 slices of cheddar cheese

L - 6 oz sirloin, 3/4 c sauteed mushrooms, 3/4 c steamed brocolli, 2 T butter, and 48 oz unsweetened iced tea

Dinner - 1/2 cup hamburger cooked with onion and spices, 24 oz diet root beer with 1 oz heavy whipping cream

12 oz water

S - 1/2 cup roasted salted cashews

Had Atkins Beef Merlot meal for dinner, American cheese, bacon and a square of Ghirardelli dark chocolate. Stress eating right now :cry:
