L - leftover reuben casserole

D - leftover cauli mash and beef stroganoff

S - 1 c celery, 1 c cucumber

Even though calories are not the main concern with a LC WOE, I feel like my body wants a little less today. I've eaten approx 2100 for both of the last two days.

Breakfast- Atkins Chocolate Shake- these dont stall me but the bars sure do.
Lunch- Chopped Romaine lettuce, thin celery strips, grilled chicken breast, Parmesan cheese with Blue Cheese salad dressing.
Dinner- Cheeseburger without the bun, six asparagus spears sautéed in butter.
And For Gods' Sake, about 12 cups of water. I think I'm retaining water right now and need to flush it out.

Good morning everyone! Today's my first full day back at my apartment (I'd been visiting with my father for about a month and a half... I almost forgot how to live on my own practically again :eek:) so I'm not 100% sure how food will go. This'll be the first time I have to cook all the time and fend for myself in a while now, so one of the meals MAY wind up being changed for convenience by the end of the day! :laugh:

As it stands right now, this is what I'm planning:


B - bulletproof tea
L - pizza toppings salad (pepperoni, mozzarella, olives, ranch)
D - hamburger alfredo dish with broccoli and shirataki noodles
S - bulletproof tea, daily piece of dark chocolate, maybe a string cheese?

I also need to get back on top of drinking my ACV tonics again! I think that's why I haven't lost my TOM bloat yet this time around, because I've been slacking off... but my new habits allowed me to only gain one pound with this month's, so I'm happy with that :)

B part of a tofu bake (new recipe, didn't care for it)
1 meatless sausage
L Garden salad with tuna salad, iced tea
D More salad with leftover tuna from lunch.
I have some cheese also.

Not planned very well. :dunno:

Yes, I know the puddings have oatmeal in them, and they're about 5g carbs each per slice - but am now in pre-maintenance, and they - together with peas and carrots - are my latest additions to the WOE :) All OK so far, I think...

1. hard cheese, 2 eggs, belly pepper, chilli, a slice of flax bread

2. 1/2 chicken, little iceberg salad

3. PANCAKES, STRAWBERRIES, DOUBLE CREAM

I did not believe that I will have a success with pancakes but they were good.
I mixed 2 eggs, cream cheese, splenda, 2 spoons flax meal, baking powder. I made the pancakes on ghee. It was delicious. The pancakes were soft. Maybe somebody could add vanilla.

I did not have pancakes for many years.

I used to do that as well. It was handy. I just don't eat it anymore. I'm pescetarian. It makes this more difficult. :D

There wasn't really anyone posting in the vegetarian room so I'm here. It helps me stay accountable. :)

Was too social this weekend to cook my weekly meals, so went to food trucks for lunch:

L: Vietnamese salad: lemon grass chicken, lettuce, shredded carrots, pickled radishes, cilantro, fresh hot peppers, with lemongrass dressing and hot sauce
D: going out so not sure, will probably go a bit off plan

Went for a 1.5 hour interval run today so didnt eat first thing. Then my truck broke down and spent the rest of the day figuring that all out so didnt eat much due to stress and time!
