I jumped off the bandwagon...then jumped back on.

Hi friends. So I haven't weighed myself since Lent and didn't intend to ever do it again. My experience in the past with the scale was always a bad cycle for me. If I didn't see movement I'd give up. Well just by ceasing the weigh ins it liberated me from falling into the cycle. But of course I got curious....and I discovered I lost 7 lbs! I haven't been able to move that scale for so long. The next day...I decided to try clean eating instead bc I was lacking the energy I needed for workouts. So I did this the last 4 days and realized that carbs are my enemy! The minute I eat carbs...I can't stop. Apples turned into cookies. So I'm back...and I gotta keep going and remember that even of I've had bumps in the road...I still lost 7 lbs. Anyone have similar stories?

I was doing pretty well with my eating during the early part of this year, but the scale would not move. It was getting pretty rough to keep going. I finally found an app for my phone and tried counting calories. I actually did ok eating anything as long as I stayed in my range for the day. But, little by little, I could feel myself wanting to lose control and stop counting. So, now I feel the need to get back to normal and started again this morning. I stocked up at the store and am ready to go. :-)

Definitely...once i lose that ketosis boost, I lose my energy...and all the things I hadn't even been tempted by start calling my name...and they all know my name!
