shrimp/scallop fettuccine (wee bit leftover from last evening's meal)
salmon tango with dill sauce
hopefully, homemade beef jerky ...

This is the 'fettuccine' with shrimp ... I took a yam cake and sliced it up to resemble fettuccine noodles.

I had coffee before I left for church, and coffee at church.
Then I had a huge patty-melt (like a grilled cheese with a hamburger and raw
onion slipped inside before grilling), about 12 Vlasic pickle chips and 4 (200mg)
ibuprofens. I am too full to think about eating again today, but if I do, it'll be
something light. I'm at 683 calories, 46g fat, 19g carb., 5g fiber and 49g protein.
Iced green tea with the sandwich, too. Forgot to mention that.

chips, 2 wings, and 1 reese's egg from Easter.

Off to a Matisyahu concert in Breckenridge where I will surely consume more beer.

Pami: Looks like you're following JUDDD. I :heart: JUDDD! Right now I am doing a long round of Stillman's, but trying to do it JUDDD style. It is SO hard to do good UDs when you are trying to limit fat. Hence, my trek to Five Guys today just to up my cals. I still don't think I'm going to be able to eat enough to make my calories for the day. :stars:

Happy Sunday to you all!

Breakfast:
-about 1 1/2 c iceberg lettuce topped with ground turkey (3 tbsp) and 1tbsp Caesar dressing.
-1 hard boiled egg

Lunch:
-3 slices old cheddar cheese
-3 slices turkey sandwich meat
-1 turkey pepperoni bite

I haven't had dinner yet, but it will likely be some chicken (broiled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar) and perhaps some cauliflower rice, or broccoli with salad.

Oh, and I have had three cups of coffee, with cream....and a coke zero...
