D - Catfish Supreme (casserole with shrimp, catfish and mushrooms)
S - Lemon bomb
Working on upping my fat intake and lowering my protein. :)
B: Breakfast Casserole w/half an avocado
D: Grilled Hamburger Patty, 2oz Cheese, Mayo and half an avocado
B: Bulletproof coffee, bite of bacon and eggs, 5 or 6 chicken wings fried crispy in coconut oil.
L: Skip?? B-Day next week, relatives coming, and we are going to the hot springs in Steamboat Springs, hence a swim suit.

B- 2 fried eggs with cheese, coffee with splenda and hwc
L- salami with mayo and mustard on lc bread
D- meat loaf and veggies and dip.

Weird day - I didn't plan as I knew I was eating out for lunch and would be at a baseball game for dinner. This is what I ended up with - not bad in terms of staying on plan but not nearly enough to eat:
B - 2 coffee, 2 tbs CO, 2 tbs hwc, 2 tsp splenda
L - Denny's side salad with ranch, no croutons. I had ordered a bacon avocado burger minus the bun but they seriously messed up and I needed to go so ended up with just the salad
D - went to baseball game. I had planned on having a burger or a couple hot dogs without bun but wasn't really hungry. I had a handful of peanuts (with shells)
