Good morning!! :) Intermittent fasting (loosely speaking) day for me.

coffee/hwc and 1 vco
leftover Italian meat sauce over shirataki noodles and a buttered oopsie
nori

I may decided to do a seafood (scallops and shrimp) dinner instead...????

Bullet Proof Coffee with a scoop of whey powder so far...

I don't have anything planned but I am thinking about some bacon wrapped tomato and basil sausage for lunch...

1 egg scrambled with tbsp. of Heavy Cream, tbsp. cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado

L - 3 oz ribeye
sautéed mushrooms

D - Catfish Supreme (casserole with shrimp, catfish and mushrooms)
Caesar salad

S - Lemon bomb

Working on upping my fat intake and lowering my protein. :)

I tried the Chia seed Kombucha once while I was hung over, and I likened it to drinking frog spawn. It makes me sick just thinking of it!

I have had before a really yummy raspberry lemonade chia drink, but I have never had Kombucha before...and I think thats why I don't like it, the texture doesn't bother me its the aftertaste :sick:

Ive only drank about 2 oz so far, and its a big bottle...

Dinner was weird, didn't go out so I had to scavenge at the Bf's place..

Weird day - I didn't plan as I knew I was eating out for lunch and would be at a baseball game for dinner. This is what I ended up with - not bad in terms of staying on plan but not nearly enough to eat:

B - 2 coffee, 2 tbs CO, 2 tbs hwc, 2 tsp splenda

L - Denny's side salad with ranch, no croutons. I had ordered a bacon avocado burger minus the bun but they seriously messed up and I needed to go so ended up with just the salad

D - went to baseball game. I had planned on having a burger or a couple hot dogs without bun but wasn't really hungry. I had a handful of peanuts (with shells)
