lunch - 2 eggs, string cheese, deli turkey meat

dinner - going out - salad with protein or protein and veggies. 1 g wine. I'll have FAT bomb when I get home too if I'm hungry.

Vacation starts tomorrow!

Running out of southbeach friendly foods. So making due with what I have....

B - Celery and cucumbers dipped in hummus with V8 juice. Coffee with Truvia and powder creamer
S - Cup of s/f metamucil
L - hot wing dip (chicken, light cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, diced celery, crystal hot sauce and light cheddar) and 1 cup of brussel sprouts
S - 2 pickel spears
D - cooked chicken cubes with spinach
S - May make deviled eggs or have a s/f fudge pop

About 62oz of water

Lunch(12pm):Steak and Chicken fajitas with lettuce, green peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli. 32oz H2O

Snack(?pm): Fat Bomb

Dinner(7pm): Something with ground beef! Ack! I have to dig something up! Taco salad maybe?:dunno:
