Almost Friday Folks! Another snowy day here in Colorado.

B: Bulletproof coffee, bacon, eggs

S: Excited to try my new fat bombs w/ espresso coffee beans in them

L: Chicken breast wrapped in lettuce w/Caesar dressing

D: Chicken wings and broccoli

Good morning! An 'extended winter day' here too with ice pellets and freezing rain in the forecast and I see it is snowing right now!

2coffee/hwc and 1 vco
Greek style yogurt
Italian style meat sauce with shirataki noodles and a buttered oopsie

It is a concoction of usually coconut oil , butter and some nut butter.

Morning!
Breakfast- in a hurry so managed 1 cup coffee and 3 slices bacon
Lunch- salad w/ cucumber and grilled hot wings off the bone with ranch
supper- Shrimp sauted in Butter and garlic with green beans.
Lots of water throughout the day!

L- hamburger probably with bacon and cheddar
D- not decided, either grill a whole chicken or I really feel like cioppino if I can find a low enough carb recipe. Either will get a romaine salad with ranch or blue cheese
S- macadamia nuts and some sausage snacks

Did not end up having any deviled eggs (even though I made them)
D- I ended up doing a bacon cheese burger casserole which was fantastic!
