No helpful words of wisdom.... but you are definitely not alone.

Google 'jimmy moore julia ross carbs'. That podcast might help you out with the sugar problem.

And then you got right back on plan!

Right?

If you struggle with cravings and have a hard time sticking to plan you can find a lot of good info and tips in the thread Bad Cravings? Try this!

Such lovely comments here, understanding without preaching. I can't top 'em and I won't try. Best I can do is welcome to being human, and let's see what tomorrow brings. As Scarlett O'Hara would say, "tomorrow is another day."

I have been there, too. I got much better at sticking to this once I started treating it like a true addiction. But if I start, I still have an awfully hard time not EATING IT ALL.

Me too! I can Not eat "Just one bite" because one bite becomes the Whole thing! Then i'm sick And feel guilty. Hugs sweetie!!

This self knowledge and acceptance is a source of power.
That's the good news. . . and the support found here.

I think you are in the majority here.:console:

Been there; done that.

No guilt, and move on.

*HUG*

I'll share one of my secret tips for staving off sugar binges... once I realize I've eaten that first bite (or that first doughnut...) and I want to stop, I eat something pungent. Dill pickles are my fave for cutting a sweets craving. Cough drops and Listerine strips work, too.

Kaarren 04-11-2013 06:49 PM

:hugs:

Thanks everybody!

It is so hard to stay off the binge wagon.

I have such cravings now!

I'm going to check out those sites.

Thank you :shake:
