wednesday workouts
Today will be core and legs only.
I'm developing a little nagging pain in my left shoulder.
Nothing terrible yet, but it's not just muscle soreness,
it's deeper than that. I have bad bursitis in right shoulder a few
years ago and had to have the bursar removed via micro surgery.
It wasn't too bad except for the fact that I rushed the rehab which led to a
torn rotator cuff!!!!....Now that was a very big deal :eek:
Soooooooooooo, me thinks it wise to lay off any upper body work for a few days at least.
How are you feeling?
