B- Coffee w/ 2 T HWC - 4 splenda
L- walnuts, cucumbers D- Grilled Chicken, Salad w/ cucumbers and dressing + 2 liters water & a vitamin = 1,116 calories, 93g total fat, 30g sat fat (need to cut it back down tomorrow), 24 total carbs, 19 net carbs Ended up eating off plan last night.. but stayed within 1200 calories for the whole day. Weighed in this morning and was down, so I'm not TOO upset with myself.. need to get it together though! |
