Good Morning Everyone...sad to say we got hit by more snow last night :(

-2 Crustless Spinach Quiche's
-3 Cups Coffee W-1 Tbsp. CO & 1.5 Tbsp. HWC
-1 Pack of 100 Calorie Almonds
-1 Salad W-Roast Beef & Blue Cheese
-1.5 Celery Stalk & 1 Laughing Cow Cheese
-1 La Croix Berry Water
-1 String Cheese
-1 Chicken Breast Stuffed W-Goat Cheese & Prosciutto
-8 Asparagus Stalks
-1 La Croix Berry Water
-1/4 Cup Greek God's Yogurt

+ vitamins & lots of water

L - 2 c lettuce, 1 chicken breast, 1/4 Gorgonzola crumbles, .5 avocado, 1/4 c tomato

D - reuben casserole

S - 2 celery, 2 tbs cream cheese

L- walnuts, cucumbers
D- Grilled Chicken, Salad w/ cucumbers and dressing

+ 2 liters water & a vitamin

= 1,116 calories, 93g total fat, 30g sat fat (need to cut it back down tomorrow), 24 total carbs, 19 net carbs

Ended up eating off plan last night.. but stayed within 1200 calories for the whole day. Weighed in this morning and was down, so I'm not TOO upset with myself.. need to get it together though!

D: going out to a pizza place with a friend and thinking of indulging in a slice
