Hi Everyone. So I got discouraged with trying to stick to WW points that on Thursday I moved over to LC. Not strick LC but under 50 per day. The scale hasn't moved yet - I'm sure it will - but I do feel better already. Today is the first day that I am not crazy hungry and I don't feel that gross bloated feeling. I usually wear sweat pants all day (work from home) because I can't stand the waist binding all day from my jeans. This morning I put on my jeans and they are actually not bad - not bothering me at all. So even though the scale hasn't moved yet - I do feel better already.

and an amazing thing to me, is how after 2 months of Low Carb eating I'm not hungry often, and not craving much. I do confess to occasional salacious thoughts about a loaf of warm french bread dipped in garlic butter,:yummy: but am busy looking for low carb alternative breads and muffins, and testing them out.

Other than that, I have to say the longer I do this, the less I want or crave or have to have. In fact, sometimes I have to remind myself to eat something.
