Whats MACRO levels? I had my yearly physical a few months ago. All blood work came back normal.

Good job on the 10lbs per month. I would be happy with that!

I realize some can't do fruit on a LC diet, but many can within reason. A cup of blackberries is 6.7 net carbs. Again, pretty low for the trade off in benefits.
I was only using 1/4 c. of apple and 1/4 c. of berries in my green smoothie. It wasn't a lot. I think I just need to up the fat and lower the protein. I went back through my food logs and I think that may well be where my problem lies. I'm going to use the suggestion to drink the heavy cream with the diet soda, and make some fat bombs. I hope it works!

You ladies on this site are amazing with all of your support of each other. I love it!!

Sorry, macronutrients, i.e., carbohydrate, protein and fat.
