-3 Cups Coffee W-1 Tbsp. CO & 1.5 Tbsp. HWC
-2 Mini Spinach Quiche's
-1 Greek Salad W-Turkey Breast & Feta
-1.5 Celery Stalks
-1 Laughing Cow Cheese
-1 La Croix Berry Water
-1 Sting Cheese
-3 Small Pickles
-1 Chicken Breast W-Olive Oil & Mrs. Dash
-3 Asparagus Stalks
-1 La Croix Berry Water
B - 3 strips of bacon and 2 mini quiche muffin things (eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, onion baked in a muffin pan)
L - crust-less pizza
D- leftover pork chop & ?
Snacks of cream cheese muffins or pork rinds when needed
egg salad and red bell pepper strips, 2 pickles
roasted chicken and sweet potatoes
B: bullet proof coffee & 5 bacon
L: 6 mild wings w/ranch
D: nothing or sausage burger patty w/mustard (depends on how full I am from lunch)
8 cups water
Pretty much same as yesterday!
B- Coffee w/ 2 T HWC, 4 splenda
L- 1 oz walnuts (on the go in class today).. may sneak in some beef jerky if I have time to run to the gas station
D- 6-8 oz BBQ/butter grilled chicken breast, romaine salad w/ Italian
sn- will probably have another ounce of walnuts & green tea
Plus at least 2 liters plain water!

D: small cheeseburger with avocado and egg over easy on top
B: coffee with splenda and cinnamon
L: 3 oz tuna salad (lite mayo, scallions, celery, pickles) with red pepper strips
D: 2.5 oz chicken fajitas with romaine wraps and a little lite sour cream

coconut curry chicken over shirataki rice and an oopsie with a pat of butter
B- bulletproof coffee
L- ham and mayo on toasted l/c bread (homemade) water
D- large taco salad and diet root beer
Lots of water throughout day :)
B - 2 eggs, 3 turkey bacon (gross! but it's all we had), coffee x2, 2 tbs hwc, 2 tsp splenda
L - chicken cobb salad from Panera (10 carbs)
D - chicken enchiladas with cheese crackers ( no shell), lettuce, tomato, black olives and sour cream

1st back on so portions are big as I adjust!
bfast - fat bomb (2) with macadamia nut pieces
Snack - left over ground turkey, green salsa and broccoli and radishes, celery and ranch (8)
lunch - string cheese (1) and 1/2 bag pork skins (0), gum (1)
dinner - chicken breast with herbed cream cheese sauce and bacon pieces, sauteed spinach. (6)
Snack - fat bomb (2)
B: Snapple Diet Lemon Iced Tea, 5 Strips of Bacon, 2 String Cheese
L: 8 oz of deli sliced chicken/turkey, 2 Slices of swiss cheese
D: 6 oz chicken breast covered in avocado, cheddar cheese, and spicy mayo
Brkfst:sausage,lc tortilla,1tsp pollaner's.coffee w/hwc,cinnamon,stevia.
L: bunless bacon cheeseburger.
D: lc chili. coconut whipped cream.
Sn: Diet coke w/splenda, dill pickle sunflower seeds.
