Somebody stop me!!
I'm in a cooking mood!! So far have made cream cheese muffins, half batch and think I'll make another half, mini quiches for a quick breakfast in the mornings. Later will be pork chops for dinner and maybe cookies for the kids. They can make them so no temptations of licking the spoons!!!

I have the same "problem" every now and then! I want to cook and bake anything I can get my hands on!:hyst:

Gibbs 04-08-2013 01:08 PM

I also fried a pound of bacon. My work week is almost set!

Charski 04-08-2013 01:36 PM

STOP you?! Oh heck NO - I'd join you! :D

Knittering 04-08-2013 02:15 PM

Can you come do the same in my kitchen? :)

I did this yesterday, too.

Pan of egg casserole for my breakfasts for the week (sausage, veggies, eggs, baked)
Pan of chicken thighs for my lunches
Slow cooker of pork roast for dinners
Then began slow cooker of chicken bones and water for broth for lunches (still cooking)

pork roast, sausage patties, bacon, scrambled eggs..... it has to be done to have a successful week! Keep going, then come to my house too!!

Chuck41 04-09-2013 02:08 PM

Thats what I did Sunday. 15 lbs pork ribs, 10 lbs chichen legs n thighs. Rubbed them with my dry rub and smoked them for 4 hours at 215*. Had some for lunch. Yum! :yummy:

That's how I spent my day off yesterday too! Enough for the week! I'm afraid I may never get the bacon smell out of my kitchen!

LOL! That's what my DBF said when I was going through the house lighting candles to get the smell of. He much prefers the bacon smell!

Sounds like a good idea. I think I will head to the kitchen.
